Responsibilities/ job functions:
- To be responsible for sales revenue for the electro-technical components (i.e. ELCOM) division by generating new sales growth and fresh opportunities. Focus on selling switch开 关, and terminal block接 线 端 子.
- To liaise with electro-technical components profit center's Sales Manager/ personnel in related companies overseas directly in daily business matter.
- To manage and oversee the local electro-technical components division sales team in daily business, inclusive of to monitor daily sales activity of each sales personnel to achieve revenue targets and to co-ordinate with all internal related functions to assure quality products and all requirements for customers will be met cost-effectively and timely on existing business/new sales development.
- To liaise with various District Sales Managers in China to solve daily technical sales issues.
- To train up local electro-technical components division team in terms of relevant products technical sales knowledge etc.
- To define, plan, oversee and monitor the different steps of projects for new sales opportunities found.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electro-Mechanical/ Automation&Control Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of similar sales managerial working experience in Foreign Invested Enterprise.
- Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Must have products knowledge and minimum 3-5 years relevant sales experience in mechanical/ electrical components (preferably in industrial enclosures/ electronic enclosures/ terminal blocks/ connectors/ switches etc.)
- Must have good interpersonal skills, communication skills and sales skills.
- Willing to travel extensively and work under great pressure.
