Position Summary:
- Develop new products to support the growth of the AO Business Unit
- Collaborate with AO BU Customer Development and Operations organizations to develop the new product roadmap.
- Coordinate development support from the Operations Process Engineering, Headquarters Innovation Center and external resources to optimize products and minimize cycle time and cost.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians in developing products to achieve specific business and technical goals by providing innovative solutions to customer needs.
- Manage departmental and project budgets and schedules
- Material and Process Development
- Material Characterization and Failure Analysis
- Trouble Shooting and Suzhou Operations Supporting
Qualification & Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelors Degree in Engineering or Scientific Field
- 8 Years experience Minimum
- Specific Knowledge: Applicable to the development of electronic components
- Mature and responsible team-player, able to interact well with international research colleagues.
- A commitment to quality, an eye for detail.
- At least a basic level of proficiency in English communications skills, and a desire to improve it.
- Ability to work effectively in a commercial research environment.
- Unquestioned integrity, especially in the area of intellectual property rights.
