Responsibility:

-This position must manage "Customer Satisfaction" in repsect to product quality by coordinating necessary resource available locally and overseas among various internal teams.

-Liase, organize, and coordinate customer reported quality issue for root cause and formal issue resolution by working with customers and various internal teams.

-Maintain close contact and good relationship with Customers through regular visit/meeting/conference call.

-Monitor and manage product metrics and outputs from customer quality processes and activities and enable product quality and customer satisfaction through FA process.

-Interface with Product Marketing, Sales, Operation and various Quality Assuarnce teams as well as Customers on the basis of customer and product needs.

 

Requirements:

 

-BSEE or BSME or other related degree
-3+ years in FAE or R&D experience in enterprise networking, broadband or other related communication products
- 2+ years in Customer Quality Management
- 1+ years in Board Manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment
- Intermediate full life-cycle PCBA manufacturing experience
- Basic working knowledge of Engineering disciplines involved in product development and manufacturing
- Basic PCBA reliability knowledge and implementation experience
- Intermediate IC manufacturing knowledge
- Sound knowledge of Failure Analysis and techniques.
- Experience with quality improvement methodology (Six Sigma, SPC, chip/board failure analysis, root cause analysis)
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills in fast paced environment
- Direct customer interface experience and good customer management skill.
- Ability to effectively work and communicate with customers in a Global environment
- Knowledge of Lead-Free, RoHS, Halogen Free, REACH, MSDS and associate regulations.
- 50% travel, domestic and regional..
