Main tasks and responsibilities

1.   Based on customer requirements, participate in projects of LCD panel backend process development at the pre-set target and time frame.

2.  Work with project team members to ensure a good cooperation and project management.

3.  Support, study, develop, implement, and release of LCD panel backend technology for mass production. Transfer development results to appropriate departments or production sites.

4. Liaise with suppliers of materials and equipment so that the requirements on functionality and quality are identified and specified for mass-producible parts.

5. Introducing new concepts, equipment, techniques, and methods in the LCD manufacturing to achieve higher quality, lower cost and reduce time-to-market.

Qualifications

1.      Bachelor degree in Mechanics, Physics or Chemistry

2.      At least 2 years working experience in LCD industry

3.      Team work and hardworking attitude

      4.      Good communication skill and analytical mind
