Position: Senior Project Engineer - 1229
Directly Report to: Electrical Components Manager
Job Location: Suzhou

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain and make sure all the improvement actions to be implemented smoothly within the life time of VVVF drive;
• In charge of drive project management, Provide technical support for VVVF drive design, test, manufacture and root cause analysis;
• Coordinate with quality department for both collect and analysis drive quality data;
• Coordinate with R&D for new VVVF drive design and implementation; 
• Coordinate with Sourcing/SQM for localization.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor or above degree with Major in Motor, Electrical Automation, Integration of Mechanics and Electrics or other related education background;
• Professional knowledge of VVVF drive technology, especially hardware related experience;
• At least 3 years related work experience and minimal 1 year in project management of VVVF drive;
• Familiar with VVVF principle;
• Experience of VVVF drive manufacture, quality control and design is preferred;
• Good command of Mandarin and English (spoken and written);
