Your main responsibilities will include the following:

·         Organise the promotion and assist countries in the promotion &prescription of  the solution in the assigned industry

·         Assist & challenge Key account commercial plans

·         Provide pre-sales support on targeted projects and on targeted accounts

·         Develop the competency of countries in the industry (technical solution, marketing, sales & pre-sales)

·         Identify/propose potential targets for acquisition

·         Co-ordinate activities for one country (business review, specific action, emergency)

To be successful in this lucrative position you must possess the following experience and skills:

·         At least Bachelor degree with major of Automation& Engineering.

·         At least 5 years experience in automation project engineering and project management, International project management and/or coordination experience is preferred

·         Extensive experience in the project total solution of automation industrial

·         Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate people towards new goals with new behaviours in a difficult environment
