Job Summary:
Administers a variety of training and employee development programs. Performs and development services in order to improve the knowledge and skills critical to effective performance and leadership.
Major Duties:
Assesses employee skills and potential.
Implements PBP program.
Promote the development and education of the company’s workforce.
Identifies the skills and experiences needed for maximum performance.
Designs and conducts training program in accordance with the training needs’ analysis results.
Responsible for new employee orientation.
Evaluates the results and effectiveness of training by using different approaches, and improves the training effectiveness accordingly.
Conducts research on training expenses to prepare and control overall training and development budgets. Uses the training funds appropriately, and keeps the cost within the budget.
Prepares and updates orientation manual.
Other duties assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
Over 3 years of job related experience preferably 2 years in multi-national manufacturing-background companies;
Bachelor above Degree holder preferably with a degree in HRM.
Good English and strong communication capability, with team work spirit and ability to lead a project.
With experience in Auto parts industries will be a plus;
