职位描述/要求：

The Bluetooth Audio applications team works on high quality mono and stereo wireless products for current and next generation customers. We are seeking a highly motivated, quick thinker and creative problem solver with Bluetooth/Wireless and/or Audio Software experience.

We need an experienced software/firmware Application Engineer who understands protocol stacks and embedded software specifically in audios application.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand and help adapt Bluetooth upper stack to specified customer environments
  • Tune and customize audio algorithms for specific customer applications
  • Modify or originate Code in C/C++ and occasionally assembly
  • Modify and help maintain existing Bluetooth SW/FW
  • Customize and perform testing on customer specific SW/FW builds
  • Package and support customized SW/FW builds
  • Assist Product Line Management with composing customer requirements
  • Help debug and integrate Bluetooth and Audio SW/FW into customer systems
  • Design and implement SW and/or FW testing tools for specific customer needs
  • Support sales team and FAEs as needed
  • Help support and sustain already shipping customer products

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of Application engineering and/or Software Development experience
  • Experience with Bluetooth, Audio or other wireless test/verification SW
  • BS/MS Degree in CS/CE/EE or equivalent experience
  • Experience in communication protocols, e.g. Bluetooth stack
  • Experience writing application level code
  • Experience in debugging embedded software
  • Experience in C/C++ development on embedded ARM based processors
  • Experience working with customer
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be able to travel on occasion as needed
