In this role,you will the responsibility of:
-Daily support Shanghai Area Switch customers.
-Joint debug and test system per customer requirement
-Provide on site technical training to customer engineering team
-Coordinate customer requirement and Broadcom delivery
-Manage customer progress during design cycle
Dig out and design in new design opportunity

 

Requirements:

Bachelor Technical Degree (Electronic Engineering, Computer Science) or above
More than 5 Years working experience in consumer products (Robo and Enterprise Switch), Hardware and software debug.
Strong Communication Skills
Fluent in oral English
Tech. related items:
1. Have a good understanding of VxWorks and Linux
2. Have a good understanding of networking protocols and the interaction between different protocols and different layers
5. Have a good understanding of network infrastructure of SDH, PON, DWDM, Wireless Central Office devices.
6. Strong trouble shooting capability based on the required skills above.
7. Good EDA tools experiences, especially Spice/IBIS simulation
8. Good Signal Integrity and High Speed Circuit design experience;
9. Good knowledge on testing instruments, especially on Jitter Analysis.
10. Optical design background is preferred.
11. EMC Background is necessary
