Job Description
1. Work with the R&D and Customer teams to influence the development of new features for Encounter platform, including SVP and hierarchical implementation.
2. Support and test specific features in the products.
3. Run expert-level benchmarks and solve complex customer problems.
4. Develop product flows to improve quality and performance.
5. Write product specs, review documents, manage customer Beta programs, and track customer issues
Essential Qualifications:
1. CS/EE BS degree with 4+ years or MS degree with 2+ years of EDA or IC design related experience.
2. Good experience with Hierarchical implementation design flow using EDA tools.
3. Be familiar with IC back-end design flow, from netlist to postlayout signoff.
4. Strong analysis/bebug capability for technical issues.
5. Good team player with strong written and verbal communication skills..
6. Desire to learn and be detailed oriented with a focus on quality
7. Good English read, write and communication Skill
Desirable Qualifications:
1. Experience with back-end netlist to GDS implementation flow, design tape out experience is a strong plus.
2. Experience in the field for supporting or using EDA tools is highly desirable. Experience in the Cadence Encounter Platform is a definite plus.
