Requirements:

 

- Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering (BSEE) or related discipline
- Knowledge of the semiconductor industry. Minimum 3 years experience in field service of Semi-industry, such as Metrology, Wafer Inspection, ETCH, Lithography, CMP, Film, etc.
- Has common sense and capable to deal with complex capital equipment troubleshooting
- Good people management skill. At least 1 year manager experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good project management skills and must be self motivated
- A team player, able to work effectively with peers or staff at all levels
- Proficiency in written and spoken English

 

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

- Responsible for directing the coordination of technical and administrative support activities including installation, repair, preventative maintenance, engineering change upgrades, etc

- Ensures adequate records and systems are maintained. Schedules personnel responding to critical situations.

- Maintains communication with design management and specialists in resolving technical problems and/or bringing problems to the design department's attention.

- Manage Cust Supp Site: Receives assignments in the form of objectives with goals and process to meet goals outlined

- Provides direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance. Work is reviewed by management to measure meeting of objectives. Administers company policies that directly affect subordinate employees.

- Recommends changes to unit or sub-unit policies. Erroneous decisions or failure to achieve results will cause delays in schedules.

- Frequently interacts with subordinate supervisors, outside customers and functional peer
groups at management levels. Interaction normally requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conducting presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.

- Provides general supervision to lower level supervisors and direct supervision to exempt employees and/or skilled nonexempt employees (i.e., fields engineers, field service technicians).
