Location: Guangzhou

Main Responsibilities:

– Execute the necessary plant daily maintenance work
– Involve plant all equipments installation and trial run, hot commissioning
– Ensure HSE compliance in all parts of maintenance activities
– Scheduling, organization, control of plant maintenance program in term of efficiency of cost and time in order to ensure smooth operation.
– Regular certification, inspection and test for all equipment and devices in compliance with laws, rules and company regulation
– Cost control and optimization in terms of spare parts management

Qualifications & Experience:

– Bachelor degree and above in major of electrical engineering
– Have solid working experience on PLC system, good knowledge of instrumentation
– 5 years up working experience in petrochemical or chemical industry maintenance area
– Good English level on reading and writing, know professionally English in instrumentation area
– Computational and IT related skills
– Knowing twin screw extruder control system, feeder such as Brabender and compounding area experience is preferred
– Team player and communicative skills, leadership ability
– Excellent analyzing ability and structured working style
– Willingness to learn and enter into new working environment
– Able to work under pressure
– Willing and motivated to work for Bayer on a long term perspective
