Report to: Maintenance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

1. To take lead of key maintenance activities (APSA & key account related equipment) including arrange task, supervise, analysis, provide necessary support to maintenance technician or the subcontractor to ensure the correct implementation of the maintenance content as WI and the group safety rules.

2. To analyze equipment failures, maintenance activities and equipment operation data and take action to improvement & modification for improving equipment reliability and availability in cooperation with maintenance technician.

3. To response to corrective maintenance in cooperating with maintenance technician in regional basis by providing support or consultant of resolution to ensure the minimal recover period of the instrument

4. To be on duty to maintenance hotline in turn and deal with the feedback from the customer roughly and take complete and correct record to help the in time resolution of the problem.

5. To identify the spare parts necessary to the maintenance content in advance and arrange the technician to prepare to match the maintenance requirements.

Requirements:

1.     Graduated from college, and the major in instrument or chemical is preferred;

2.     Working experience in chemical equipment maintenance area At least five years;

3.   Be able to writing and reading in English;
