MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist Engineering, Equipment Support and Production with technical tasks, by operating engineering equipments, collecting data, solving problem, investigating low yielding lots, keeping Engineering projects going to reduce downtime and cycle time, and to promote increases in quality and overall efficiency.
- Expedite the manufacturing process through resolution of daily issues, monitoring and responding to SPC charts, conduct routine data evaluation.
- Responding to low yielding lots, processing engineering targets, SWRs, and other tests, perform quality and production analysis.
- Monitor, collect, and evaluate data, disposition of lots.
- Troubleshooting equipment hardware and software errors and recovery.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma degree is required.
- A minimum of 2 years experience with vision systems and pick and place equipment.
- CAD skills strongly recommended.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
- Proven customer service skills when relating to engineering, technician, and production personnel.
- Extensive electronics knowledge in understanding complex electromechanical systems specific to processing semiconductor devices.
- Ability to work effectively on multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
- Ability to compile data and teach a class on a given topic.
- Willing to work any shift.
