Responsibility

* Analyze the shop’s maintenance record for summary of equipment performance on regular basis;
* Specialized in PLC areas to provide other maintenance members with technical helps for improvement of the team maintenance performance in the area.
* To analyze the machine performance to identify the improvement area for better machine reliability, i.e. for better lifetime component, for more suitable materials, for less maintenance required parts, for cost saving, etc. 
* To teach other members in Maintenance team in the PLC area to enable them better understand of the technical issues;
* To facilitate the maintenance colleagues in case of complex maintenance implementation : such as repetitive failures; key machine breakdowns; etc.
* To teach others on the maintenance methods by providing training, facilitating complex repairing
* To teach other members on reading drawings and schematics, seeking for root causes by the use of analysis tools;
* Maintain the maintenance performance report system and ensure the availability of the maintenance indicators for assigned areas
* To obtain the latest technology in the specialized area to keep the whole maintenance team knowledge at right level
* To ensure the predictive maintenance implementation in the plant

Qualifications

* Bachelor Degree in Electric Engineeringl or related major
* More than 5 years working experience with production equipment  maintenance in manufactory and at least 3 years in MNC
* Expert in PLC, familiar with AB PLC is a plus
* Strong analytical skill and communication skill
* Leadership ability and team player
* Excellent in English both Written and Oral
* Certified engineer qualification is a big plus.
