工作职责
- 参与工厂工艺标准化管理体系的建立。
- 参与新产品研发项目管理体系 的建立 。
- 负责执行新产品的设计 / 开发 / 外包管理 / 技术控制 / 认证 / 专利申请维护等。
- 负责执行现有产品的设计改进 / 新功能开发 / 模具定做管理 / 技术控制 / 认证 / 专利申请维护等。并 制定新产品作业指导书及新产品工时定额的预定 。
- 负责定期组织研发相关领域的培训 , 主要培训对象是公司相关工作人员。
Job Requirements:
- At least a bachelor degree of mechanical or electrical engineering.
- At least 2 years work experience in engineering or research & development field.
- To be familiar with computer aid design software (such as Pro-e, Solid works, CATIA, Photo shop …)
- To be fluent in English (written and oral), CET-6 is a must.
- Good team player; Work independently.
- To be energetic with strong ability to work under stress.
Job description:
- To participate the establishment of standardized management system of factories, Including the existing product design parameters and process control standards.
- To participate the establishment of the project management system for new product research and development.
- To be responsible for the innovation of the existing product line and for the new product design, development, outsourcing management, technical control, certification, patent applications and maintenance as well as preparations for the operational manual for the new project productions and for working out the efficiency of the new production.
- To be responsible for arranging for the regular training of the company staff in the R&D related areas.
