Responsibilities：

- Provide project leadership for the development of Digital Audio/Video products and related accessories for the consumer market.

- Lead development activity to assure that aggressive project targets (features, cost, schedule, quality) are met using a disciplined development process.

- Execute a key role in concept stage for defining features, key components, schedule, and risk mitigation.

-Responsible to develop product specifications, assure proper design directions, track development schedule, oversee product qualification, issue resolution, documentation, and post production support.

- Execute project responsibilities by appropriate relationships with key component and design/mfg partners to ensure the entire development is in line to achieve product and business objectives.

- Communicate frequently with internal/external customers for product progress follow up, and may include international travel.

- Improve business project management and process tools.

- Utilize strong awareness of technology to recommend new feature ideas, technologies and design methodology.

Profile：

- Degree in Electrical Engineering.

- 5+ years of development and project management experience for digital products. (audio, mobile phone, cameras, camcorders or PC related products).

- Experience with disciplined, milestone-based project management process and tools such as MS-Project.

- Analog/Digital hardware experience including EMC mitigation and debugging.

- Preference for component level design experience with optical-based consumer products such as cameras & camcorders including selection/integration of optics, sensors, displays, controls, and media processing.

- Strong initiative, teamwork and communication skills.

- Strong business and market perspective.
