Requirement:
1.Bachlor or above degree, major in Mechanical or Electronics.
2. Above 5 years PCBA assembly process experience.
3. Familiar with SMT and mechanical assembly process, especially experience in mechanical assembly and can read mechanical drawings.
4.Skillful at English speaking and writing; good at report editing capability.
5.Have good communication skill with OEM customer
6.Familiar with FMEA, DOE, SPC application knowledge; can use statistic method to analysis.
7. Lean & 6 Sigma concept.
Job Description:
·Mechanical assembly process control and improvement.
·New product introduction and ramp up.
· Material issue handling
·Customer and internal communication
·Evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability
·Establish robust, repeatable and reproducible process parameters
·Trouble shoot process related issues
·Participate to activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements
·Evaluate and select various engineered materials
·Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products
·Provide continuous development of manufacturing techniques that will improve in-house capabilities
·Develop manufacturing documents
·Review processing methods
·Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer
·Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel during new technology transfer
·Provide equipment maintenance and repair support as required.
