Position Description:
As a senior member of the team you will be responsible for ensuring customer success through various design serve participation.  A qualified applicant for this position would be responsible for the development and support of customer based design DFT implementation/verification and testing, and with a responsibility for driving the DFT design quality to success. 

Qualifications:
• Solid knowledge and experience in DFT design area,  
• Hands on experience with Scan / Fault coverage tools used in Scan insertion, ATPG and speed ATPG implementation, Fault coverage improvement, BIST implementation / verification, IO loop back implementation/testing, Boundary Scan/ Nand tree / JTAG implementation/ verification.  
• Experiences to work with FE/BE designers to implement and verify test mode needed function at various design cycles.
• Experience in tests and test benches development would be helpful
• Good written and verbal communication in Mandarins and English; Excellent interpersonal and team work skills
• Design service experience is a plus

Required Education:
• A minimum of a BSEE with 5+ and MSEE with 3+ years of experience.
