职位概要 (Job mission):
领导精益生产项目,系统性地提高制程能力和生产效率, 降低质量损失并缩短交货时间. 发展并推行精益/6西格玛方法
Lead Lean program systematically to improve process capability and productivity, reduce quality loss and lead time. Develop and deploy Lean/ 6Sigma methodology.
主要职责 (Main functions):
s 发展并定义易于理解的精益生产内容
Develop and define comprehensive lean program
s 理顺生产线制程, 物料流, 信息流的运作管理,包括生产线的包装管理
Smooth process flow, material flow and information flow including internal packaging management
s 运用价值流分析, 发现,定义项目并组织实施.
Find out, define and implement improvement projects by Value Stream Mapping w
s 运用U型线, SMED, POKA-YOKE, Kanban, 5S等工具改善生产线,
Improve production line by U shape, SMED, POKA-YOKE, kanban, 5s etc
s 平衡生产线, 消除生产瓶颈, 提高产能
Balance production line, eliminate production bottleneck, raise capacity
s 运用人机工程学原理优化作业动作, 消除安全隐患, 消除健康隐患,
Optimize operation motions; eliminate safety-hidden trouble and health-hidden trouble by ergonomics
s 运用6西格玛方法和统计工具提高制程能力, 减少废损. 推广6西格玛设计
Raise process capability and reduce scraps by 6 Sigma methodology and statistic tools. Deploy DFSS
s 分析生产状况,对生产线质量,效率等指标进行跟踪和改进.
Analyze production status. Follow and improve quality and efficiency of production line
s 生产线布局设计和现有布局的优化.
Design new layout and optimize existing layout
s 产能计算, 投资分析并实施
Capacity calculation and Capital investment analyze and implementation
s 维护正常生产制程, 及时解决生产问题.
Maintain normal production. Solve production problems on time.

资历要求 (Qualifications):
s 教育及知识方面 (Education and knowledge):
机械或机电专业，本科学士及以上学位
Majored in mechanical or mechatronics. Bachelor degree or above
s 经验 (Experiences):
五年以上制造行业工作经验, 其中至少两年以上精益生产经验, 精通精益生产工具, 如看板系统, VSM, U型线, SMED, POKA-YOKE , 5s等改善生产过程。
+5 years of manufacturing working experience with at least 2 years of Lean manufacturing experience. Master lean tool such as kan ban system, VSM, U shape, SMED, POKA-YOKE , 5s…
s 技能技巧 ( Know-how):
精通精益生产/6西格玛管理, 具有绿带证书. 有黑带证书者尤佳.
Master Lean/ 6 Sigma methodology. Green Belt certification is mandatory. Black Belt certification is preferred.
