Job Responsibilities:
Ultimately responsible for the primary FA cases
Lead and coach a team of engineers and technicians
Familiar with Theory of Event Failure development
Case Test Plan development
Custom Test Plan development
Root Cause Theory of Failure development
Non-Hardware Component Analysis
Destructive Analysis Plan
Final Case Report review
Responsible for delivering quality service to meet/exceed customer requirements
Position Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge in Digital and Analog circuit debug and troubleshooting
- Proficient in using circuitry schematics
- Basic Knowledge of micro-controller/processor, Memory, ASIC, CMOS, and Bipolar devices
- Hands-on experience on following testing instruments: traffic generator, JTAG and boundary scanner, Logic Analysis and Curve Tracer .
- Basic Knowledge of Networking, PCB assembly process and Quality Assurance process
- Team leader experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Fluent English
- 3 years of FA experience preferred
- Master degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Lab experience preferred
- Project Management experience
