Education: 4 year university degree (BS) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering
English Skill: CET 6 or PETS 5 or TOFEL (score over 550)
Working Experience:5+ year ASIC circuit design or testing experience
Job Skill:
- In-depth knowledge in ASIC circuit debug and testing
- Proficient in using circuitry schematics
- In-depth knowledge of micro-controller/processor, Memory, and ASIC devices
- Familiar with semiconductor automatic testing (ATE)
- Familiar with components failure analysis process and lab equipments
- Knowledge of customer quality process such as 8D report and corrective action
- Experience in interfacing with semiconductor manufactures for components quality or testing coverage issues
- Able to communicate with Cisco FA, QE, TAC, and BU Engineering for case related issues
- Good presentation and communication skill
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Support FA team in identifying, sourcing and the implementation of new/alternate components that is of equal or better performance
-Be the focal person for all component issues that stem from failure.
-Develop, implement and maintain a "Component Material Database” that will allow team members to identify the route cause failure.
-Drive supplier selection strategies that will yield a supply base that can be used across all customer programs providing leverage cost savings.
- Will work closely with the Cisco Component Engineers in the component test procedure. Will also work closely with the Case Owner
