Job Purpose
Responsible for the implementation of product/technical training plans and the raising of competency levels for all customer facing employees by providing appropriate Power Control related product and technical training programs.

Utilization of employees, feedback from course participants, effectiveness of training programs.
Key Responsibilities
DO
Take the ownership to collect and consolidate product & technical learning needs of sales, sales support team, and market access partners.
Develop training contents for various internal product and technical training programs in order to meet the product and technical needs of internal customers and distributors.
Deliver various internal product, technical training programs.
Maintain and update technical training equipment and tools.
Develop utilization plan for training facilities, including universities.

High level of expertise in training. Strong knowledge and understanding of 2 to 3 assigned SBUs.
Intermediate level of expertise in Integrated Architecture with a basic understanding of all our products.
Basic Project Management and Implementation Skills, with a basic level of expertise in Industry Knowledge, Application Knowledge , OEM Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of OEM customers), Process Business Drivers (Understanding of needs of Process Solutions customers), Sales Fundamentals and Customer Solution Centric Selling Skills .
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
Bachelor degree in Engineering
2~3 years working experience in automation product field.
