Title: Electronic Imagine Engineer
Location: Guangzhou

Focus:
-Focus on daily application support job execution and pre-sale supporting for sales force.

Range:
-Customer Relative – On-site and Help Desk service for application relative issues;
-Sales/Marketing Relative – Pre-Sale support such like sample print, demo;
-KPD/KASP Relative – co-work with KPD/KASP to solve some mixed problem;
-Routine Jobs – data backup, training facility preparation and others.

Major Activities:   
-Join call with sales or KPD for Software Platform, D-QC issues;
-Responsible for new products testing and report preparation;
-Sample print, demonstration and training facility preparation;
-To assist exhibition, seminar or any other marketing activities;
-Provide after-sale on-site application training for customer.

Supporting Activities:   
-SMS&LMS install and maintenance to assist sales collection marketing request;
-D-QC and color management, to enhance AgX product performance;
-To assist sales for OM customer conversion;
-To provide Studio & Lab workflow consulting, reinforce customer relation;
-KASP engineer training and management;
-Marketing Event, Exhibition digital product installation.

Qualification and experience required:  
-1-2 years digital application experience;
-Familiar with image related application software and networking capability;
-MCSE, MCSD Certificate will be plus;
-Good communication skill and English capability;
-Independent self study capability.
