1. Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
2. BS in Electrical/Electronic engineering required, MS engineering degree a plus.
3. At least 5 years of experience in switching power supply design required; candidates with minimum of 3 years experience in High Voltage (10KV DC) power supply design preferred.
4. Understanding of product development processes and requirements.
5. Knowledge of specification development and electronic design methods.
6. Digital and analog hardware design, testing, and qualification experience.
7. Experience using circuit simulation software.
8. Experience in design for electronic manufacturability, preferably on High Voltage products.
9. Proven project leadership experience with external suppliers.
10. Six Sigma certification preferred.
11. Basic English writing skills required; some English verbal skills preferred.
12. Established conflict management skills.
13. Results driven with a tendency for action.
14. Ability to both learn on the fly and deal with uncertainty.
15. Able to manage time and plan wisely.
16. Flexible with work demands, but has the consciousness to stress the importance of work-life balance
