JOB Responsibilities:
l Utilizing input from internal and external sources according to the company’s process, study customer needs, competitive landscape, and market forces to uncover opportunities for creating product enhancements as well as new products.
l Prepare a business case, product strategy detailing how to capitalize on the uncovered opportunities; define product by MRD, include information such as target market, competitive summary, product features, use cases, performance requirements, sales and support requirements, etc.; design product user interface to create best user experience.
l Lead cross-functional teams to develop and launch the product on-time and on-budget, including but not limited to creating project timelines, tracking progress against timeline, identifying critical paths, and communicating status to the executive team.
l Participate in the development of product roadmap and the design of market strategy to maximize revenue opportunities.
l Serve as the marketing spokesperson to support media interactions and press briefings
JOB Qualification
l MS in EE, CS, or equivalent, with a minimum of three years of experience in IC product marketing. Marketing experience in FPGA, PLD, ASSP is a plus.
l Strong understanding of technical requirements, specifications, documentation, development of marketing & sales collateral. Engineering experience on FPGA product is preferred.
l Demonstrated track record of success in managing the marketing of technical products.
l Strong written and verbal skills required. Fluent English is necessary.
