Job Summary:

New project start-up, continue to improve testing quality and efficiency, provide testing and debug solution, analyse failure root cause, complete relative testing document (SIC, TPI , F/A Report…), provide the technical support for TE technician and operator.

Responsible for certain customer’s product, optimize test process and improve quality and efficiency, meet the customer’s requirement and continue to reduce cost.

Minimal supervision as is responsible to work independently to star-up new project.

Job Relationships:

Requires excellent communication skills to satisfy customers.

Requires comprehensive knowledge and understanding of products and process.

Develops and implements improvements to testing technology.

Qualifications:

Requires knowledge of testing design and basic mechanical design.

Knowledge could be obtained from a Bachelor's degree or the equivalent.

Understands ICT, FT, test theory and fixture design, test standard time etc.

Requires two to three years of experience on electronic manufacturing area.
