JOB DUTIES:

This is a staff assignment. Work assignments may include substation, electrical equipment, BMS and environmental and computer related projects.

1. Ensure plant wide utilities are supported including monitoring, operating, controlling and repairing heating, ventilating and air conditioning system for the office and factory areas.
2. Troubleshoots throughout the plant to determine cause of failure, lack of efficiency and the need for repair or improvement of systems or equipment.
3. Plan and actualize to some of rearrangement and capacity expansion works.
4. Plan, Organize/supervise Environment Health & Safety related activities in accordance with various applicable laws & requirements, achieve the target of zero injury.
5. Work with relative staff or engineer to ensure power, fire system and utility area to meet the requirement both Chinese and American standard.
6. Prepare the maintenance guidelines for all responsible equipment.
7. With the TPM and CPS guidance, make maintenance plan for electric equipment, push standardized work .
8. Manage contractor to complete contracted jobs, such as electric equipment & BMS etc.
9. Manage that expansion and improvement projects on facilities.

BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE:

1. This job requires a Bachelor degree, majored in Electric Engineering.
2. Should be familiar with BMS maintenance.
3. Three years above related working experiences.
