ERICO currently has an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded Electrical Engineer located in Shanghai Minhang Xinzhuang Industrial Zone. The Electrical Engineer will possess strong analytical skills, solid engineering knowledge and excellent communication skills. This member of the Development Department will have responsibility for product application engineering associated with multiple product lines.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new products for the ERICO ERITECH? product lines as a member of cross-functional teams.
  
• Develop custom-engineered system solutions for ERICO customers.
  
• Support the ERICO sales team by preparing proposals and submittals.
  
• Travel within China and internationally to provide technical sales support and to resolve field issues.
  
• Assist with the resolution of technical issues related to product compliance with industry standards.
  
• Provide technical training to customers, distributors, sales agents and specifying engineers.

Experience :

• BS in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university, minimum.
  
• Must possess 2-10 years experience as a practicing electrical engineer.
  
• Excellent communication skills required along with experience working directly with customers.
  
• Knowledge of commercial construction standards is highly preferred.
