Responsibility:
1.Work in Cat Electronics-China Operator Interface and Environment Team to support specification development, concept, design, analysis, validation, production release and after-production engineering support of Operator Interface and Environment systems solutions for CAT China heavy equipment products. 
2.Deliver management support to other team members for current product improvement and new product development meeting the critical customer requirements including reliability & durability at or below target product cost and target development cost.
3.Participate in LCC Component sourcing efforts in China by overseeing component testing and component specification documentation services to Global Purchasing to identify new opportunities.

 

Requirement:
1.BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering, more than 2 years manufacturing and/or assembly experience related to heavy equipments. Preferable in design, analysis or test experiences related machine systems and component development.
2.Ability to effectively communicate in English in work environment and Pro-E proficiency
3.Strong initiative, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, able to conduct multiple projects concurrently.
4.Demonstrate strong customer focus by staying current with customer needs as well as new technologies, products, manufacturing & assembly processes/methods.
