职位描述/要求：
OBJECTIVE OF JOB
To provide Technical Support to increase number of customer design-wins with our company’s interconnect solutions in Datacomm Applications.
SPECIFIC TASKS:
Provide Technical Support to design-in our company’s interconnect solutions in Datacomm System.
Drive design-in efforts with sales to ensure our company win majority print position in all new programs in early development phase (P0). 
Work with sales to review and increase CRM Pipeline Opportunities (P0 -P2)
Provide technical advice to Marketing and/or Sales on compatibility of existing products for new applications.
Create our company’s product and technology awareness among internal and external Customers via technical presentations, trainings and road shows.
To identify and recommend a new target product development related to specific industries or applications to our company’s organization.
To identify potential market demands and product opportunities in existing or new market.
Conduct regular market research to analyze new technology and applications roadmap and linkage to interconnect opportunities.
To identify emerging market trends and recommend strategic moves within our company for future market alignment.
Contribute to the marketing strategy development by providing input on competitor activities and field sales trend.
 
WORK EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor of Electronics Engineering or related discipline
At least ３ years’ relevant working experience in electronics or electrical , preferably in technical support, Sales &Marketing or hardware design &test
Good understanding of High Speed Signal integrity design issues, analytical modeling skills and empirical testing skills preferred.
Knowledge of network architecture a plus.
Awareness of the latest technology and design tradeoffs.
Customer focus and orientation
Be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and with good analytical mind, willing to learn, supportive, detailed, organized and presentable
Computer skills required.
English language skills - verbal & written.
