Job Responsibilities:

  To be responsible for managing TE team.

  To be responsible for providing competitive testing solution at quotation status.

  To be responsible for developing and debugging testing program.

  To be responsible for setting up testing station.

  To be responsible for making sure high first pass yield at pilot run status.

  To be responsible for keeping stable first pass yield at mass production status.

  To be responsible for analyzing functional test failure units in time.

  To be responsible for preventive and maintenance the functional testers.

 Requirements:

  To master medical/industrial/aerospace/communication products test principle.

  To master general test equipments & software.

  To understand product circuit scheme.

  To master equipment PM.

  Good written & oral English.

  Major in electronic/automatization or equal.

  5~~~8 years work experience. At least, 1~~~2 years management experience.
