Requirements:

 

- Minimum Bacehlor of Science Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 15 years QA working experience including 8 years management level experience
  in a large semiconductor corporation.
- Experienced in the field of Analog, Power Supply Management, Mixed Signal or Logic Devices

- Must be able to direct a large world-wide analytical team as well as work
  closely with the Design Engineering, Materials, and Operations teams
- Excellent organizational, written, oral communication and interpersonal
  skills
- Able to groom Factory Quality staff to be professional, effective and
  competent
- Good  Decision  Making  skill  to  recommend  disposition  of discrepant
  materials or products

- Willing to base in Shanghai
