Key Areas of Responsibility:
•Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third party equipment (as per trade expertise)
•Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance; including Diagnoses and repairs faults in air conditioning and mechanical equipment
•Estimates materials costs and quantities
•Financial control according to previously agreed budgets and plans
•Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients
•Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as instructed by Team Leader
•Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives
•Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed rosters and as directed
•Ensuring delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customers
•Reporting near misses, incidents and other opportunities for improvement
•Carry out hazard and risk assessments for all tasks as per company policy and procedures

•Customer Survey KPI (satisfaction, Advocacy).

Education / Qualifications:
•Basic to Intermediate computer skills
•Trade Certificate Essential
•Electrical or Electronics Associate Diploma or higher an Advantage.
•Refrigeration / Mechanical roles: CFC Accreditation
Experience:
•Refrigeration roles:- Excellent knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
•Mechanical roles:- Excellent knowledge of centrifugal and reciprocating chillers
