Requirements:
1.College or above graduate in Mechanical,Electronic Engineering Business Management or equivalent.
2.Minimum 5 years relevant experience, 2 years in managerial position. Strong leadership skills like change management, problem solving skills, being an Integrative thinker, negotiation skills, presentation skill, and being a team Player.
3.Process standardization, Plastics and metal part knowledge. Supplier management, Materials management knowledge, Project management, Fluent verbal & written English, Cost analysis.
4.Creative and proactive to meet customer requirement
5.Able to sell organization capability to provide better service to customer
6.Independence, analytical skill and positive attitude
7.Able to lead and drive a team
Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for Nanjing branch production site management organization.
2.Responsible to facilitate timely product delivery & meeting of customer commitments (eg. production, RMA)
3.Coordinate internally drive the team for order fulfillment
3.Monitor and track projects,works with functional managers to assure projects are adequately resourced and deliverables are met.
4.Drives the transition to manufacturing & product release
6.Regularly & clearly reports status to management, and proposes actions for improvement
7.Provides quarterly product cost updates and cost reduction initiatives
8.Develop & maintain positive team-work environment, and fosters a creative problem solving environment
9.Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all commitments made relative to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics.
10.Communication with customer, manage customer expectation
11.Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
12.Maintain current and develop additional business with customers.
13.support other customer related matters.
