- Conduct site survey, identify pain point of customers, propose potential solutions
- Conduct feasibility study to design suitable solutions to meet customers' requirements on energy savings.
- Develop new energy solutions through networking with partners and industry contacts
- Provide technical support to energy sales through sales presentation and proposals, seminar presentations, workshops.
- Provide cost estimation and make sure savings.
- Conduct measurement & Verification (M&V) and follow up warranty and maintenance services.
- To be an active member of a team environment sharing knowledge and experience to extend the success of the business unit
- To carry out site survey and identify energy saving strategies
- Collect data from customers and evaluate energy and non-energy savings
- Work closely with the Operation Team to develop a solution that presents value to customers and to cope with the actual
- market needs on a long-term base.
- Co-ordinate and work with sales for any Energy Retrofit/PC activities.
- Growth of business in nominated accounts/markets
- Customer Satisfaction in target accounts/markets
- Growth of services and market penetration
- Establish partnership relationships with key vendors, consultants, integrators to leverage marketplace opportunity
- Ability to work well with other team members
Qualifications
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
- Will be trained to at least Six Sigma greenbelt level and will actively use the tools to drive business improvement.
- ME, EE, or equivalent degree.
- 3+ years of experience in the energy efficiency or HVAC field
- Proven track record in energy saving solutions
- Expertise knowledge on HVAC and electrical system, and energy saving Solutions for buildings and factories
- Familiar with ISO9000 Quality Management and Quality Assurance Standards.
- High levels of energy to effect and drive improvement and change through the business
- Well developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment
- Ability to Identify and develop energy conservation measures.
- Ability to determine energy baselines, and develop measurement and verification methodologies.
- Ability to calculate operational and ancillary savings, generate financial reports to support Energy Retrofits and deliver all materials in a timely manner to the Solutions Development Team.
- Ability to analyse and quantify energy consumption and savings.
- Participate in sales presentations, cultivating customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities within customer accounts.
- Serve as the technical expert during the sales process. Providing guidance to the proposal development team.
- Expertise in steam systems, compressed air systems, HVAC systems and Central Plants
- Ability to acquire and apply knowledge of Honeywell's sales processes, tools and techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers; this includes preparing and delivering presentations and written communications as well as displaying active listening skills
- Ability to manage key accounts and proactively seek opportunities to extend products and services to customers
- Ability to interact with customers, manage their expectations and build long-term partnerships
- Ability to apply knowledge of Honeywell's services and products to develop solutions that meet customer requirements
- Ability to build an understanding of the customer's business, industry and commercial environment to then identify viable opportunities
