Specializations:
1.Must possess some fundamental and reasonable knowledge on civil engineering and mechanical related to project or site conditions and automation processes related to technologies
2.Must have some good familiarization and knowledge of local engineering design and project practices and codes
3.Must have site management experience in the electrical engineering (HV) aspect in at least 3 local civil and commercial projects
4.Must has reasonable standard of computer literacy and capable of using CAD, Microsoft Office software for daily routines and drafting
5.Must have a reasonable good degree of communication skills in written Chinese and oral expressions
6.Must be able to work as a team player supporting the site project management team and coordination with Shanghai HQ
7.Must have a firm understanding with the application of construction management and its procedures
8.Prefer to have a reasonable good understanding of spoken and written English
9.Prefer to have design and implementation and installation experience and knowledge on LV
10. Experience with international client and exposure to international projects is an added advantage

Job Scope
-To manage the project execution for Electrical engineering (HV and LV) aspects at site in terms of schedule, quality and cost considerations. To provide project and construction coordination at site in relation to project execution for Electrical engineering (HV and LV) aspects
-To provide design coordination in relation to project execution for Electrical engineering (HV and LV) aspects
-To provide cost control assistance and coordination in relation to project execution for Electrical engineering (HV and LV) aspects
-To coordinate with other disciplines (Civil, MEP and ID etc) in the project and construction management at site
-To review construction drawings related to HV and LV at site for to check for incompleteness, inadequacies and discrepancies with other disciplines
-To review and evaluate the technical capabilities and competencies of the contractors in the Electrical engineering (HV and LV) aspects at site
-To review the performance and efficiency of work supervision done by Jianli and to monitor the work quality done by contractors in the Electrical engineering (HV and LV) aspects at site
-To provide technical assessment ,review and coordination for a given technical or engineering issue
-To manage and to ensure that all the documentary compilation of Electrical engineering (HV and LV) issues at site are in proper order

Job Responsibilities
-The candidate is responsible for the schedule, quality and cost of the Electrical engineering (HV and LV) aspects at site and report to project manager timely.
-The candidate is responsible for an efficient and effective coordination and communication at site and at project level
-The candidate is expected to be responsible for technical review of drawings in terms of constructability and practicability
-The candidate is responsible for the management of quality of work being delivered by Electrical engineering (HV and LV)contractors
-The candidate is responsible for the proper site documentary compilation of work related to Electrical engineering (HV and LV) work management
