Location: Dalian
Responsibilities:
Ø Primarily responsible for customer service activities associated with updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of highly complex capital equipment at customer sites and trade shows.
Ø Represents the company to the customer and assumes accountability for customer satisfaction with service.
Ø Assure operational quality of system equipment.
Ø Coordinate actions with customers to minimize down time.
Requirements:
Ø Bachelor degree in engineering or related discipline.
Ø Minimum 3 years experience in semiconductor industry is required. Capable to deal with complex capital equipment troubleshooting.
Ø Good project management skills and must be self motivated
Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ø A team player, able to work effectively with peers or staff at all levels
Ø High level of proficiency with MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, outlook...)
Ø Proficiency in written and spoken English
