Responsibility
-Responsible to arrange that all quality related and safety relevant aspects during the development & launch process are covered (internal, supplier and customer) as described in the corresponding development procedure, in cooperation with the PL.
-Development and maintenance of the Quality Plan.
-Controlling of project specific quality actions according Quality Plan, and the identification and tracking of quality related findings, before they affect the external customer. (E.g. consideration of supplier quality aspects (Product Readiness Meetings), quality resource planning, change management, PPAP, quality data registration techniques, process capability analysis, re-qualifications, etc.).
-Provision of all quality related costs for the calculation and budgetary purposes.
-Continuous quality reporting which must contain the implementation status of measures and results according Quality Plan, and status of correction measures in case of deviations to meet planned targets.
-Supporting the release of prototypes, tooling, equipment (gages, fixtures), ISIR customer approval (e.g. process capability studies) by supervising, that the requirements fixed in the Quality Plan are fulfilled.
-Supporting of quality, production and service employee training in cooperation with the manufacturing planner / engineer.
Qualification
-Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical/electronics engineering or relevant;
-3 years quality management working experience in automotive industry.
-Be familiar with automotive production process and quality system.
-Has Project management experience
-Fluent English and MS office.
