Job description:
Interface with customer and factory for after service issue; Give the rapid response for the factory issue which is customer request.
Co-work with factory to fix on the repair process and other after service document before product launch, define the responsibility for related department.
Manage and monitor the preparation work of after service in factory.
Learn the factory’s need for after service training; Ensure the R&D team can supply the good after service training which should be included service tool using and SW&HW skills training etc.
Make sure the whole repair process can be implementing drastically after launch.
Ensure the return unites can be repaired smoothly and shipment according to quality standard.
Assurance the spare parts can be produce in quality and shipment in time from factory.
Job requirement:
A bachelor’s degree in an engineering/electronic subject, or related subject.
Background in electronic factory or after service experiences preferred.
Good English communication skills.
