SMT Process Engineer (RF)

Requirements:

1. Must be good at English speaking, writing and reading.

2. Must have at least 2 years SMT process engineering experience.

3. Must know the DOE (familiar with the Jump or Minitab),SPC, FMEA technology.

4. Familiar with the quality system. Such as ISO9000/14000, QS9000, TS16949 and so on.

5. Prefer to have good experience at project coordination. Such as Continuously Improvement activities.

6. SOP/WI capability.

7. Good ownership and can work under big pressure.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for products process methods developing, implementing, and maintaining. Troubleshooting process issues, support to run NPI.

1. Generate WI/Process Flow Chart/Control Plan/Working BOM etc process documents to support run NPI.

2. Fabricate product stencil/fixture etc for new models.

3. Support production line to run NPI.

4. Continue improve process methods etc to improve production FPY and UPH.

5. Troubleshooting related process issues.

6. Training process technician.
