Job Description
-Support Qualcomm MSM licensee to launch product timely
-Analyze and work independently on remote problem solving or onsite troubleshooting
-Provide technical training and guideline to customer and other team member
-Interface closely with internal developers
-Some travel for on-site customer support may be required
Skills/Experience
-Familiarity with Internet standards and protocols, including subset of SIP, SDP, RTP, TCP, UDP, PPP, MGCP, EAP, DIAMETER, DNS, HTTP, IP, IPV6, L2TP, Mobile IP, RADIUS, RSVP, DiffServ, SCTP, IPv6, PMIP, is desired
-Solid experience on software debugging on embedded real time operating systems (JTAG)
-Knowledge of IEEE 802.11 and cdma2000 EV-DO is a plus
-Good English communication skills both in verbal and written
-Positive, energetic, collaborative and self-motivated
-Familiar with C/C++ programming and debugging
Additional Skills
Education Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of experience
-Master's degree in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering preferred
