General Job Assignment

With an objective of standardisation and industrialisation, the Process Engineer is responsible for developing and/or optimising processes in order to have a clear, accessible and precise working methods intended for the process users or subcontractors. Besides, the process engineer is in charge of creating and updating the database of parts inside of the computerize system SAP.

Job Description:

1.        Create processes based on the BOM, the drawings, and other information gathered from fitters and engineers.

2.        Identify issues and solve them during assembly, and update processes.

3.        training fitters

4.        Maintain parameters in SAP

5.        Collect issue from production site, submit to HQ and follow up the solution.

Profile:

1.        Bachelor Degree or above;

2.        Mechanical, Electromechanical or electronic engineer and technical background required;

3.        More than 3 years industry experience, knowledge of assembly, brazing, machining, fixture will be prefer

4.        Trouble shooting skill;

5.        Good redaction skills;

6.        English communication skill both in speaking and writing;

7.        Familiar with MS Office and SAP knowledge is plus;

8.        Precise, concise and clear work style;

9.        Good practical sense, and implementing technical expertise;

10.    Good at understanding process users requirements and expectations;

11.    Team player;

12.    Adapting and reacting to change.
