Functional Scope:
Primary responsibility is the development and expansion of Richardson Electronics sales of electron devices, including electron tubes, spark gaps, vacuum capacitors, high voltage ceramic capacitors, RF power supplies, microwave generators in the assigned geographic territory. The position has 100% customer account responsibility.
Company will provide necessary product training when the qualified person on board, and will have further product training in USA after working a period of time.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Essential Job Functions:
Meet assigned goals and objectives
Quote price and delivery and win / book customer orders.
Expedites orders on customer requests.
Services customers needs for technical data and solves any potential problems with assistance as necessary from the DSM/FAEs .
Makes direct customer sales calls in concert with (assigned) District Sales Manager.
Makes follow-up contact with potential customers identified through telemarketing efforts.
Records all calls made as well as response (in Robinet)
Maintains and enhances customer database through telemarketing program on Robinet system.
Prepares and organizes telemarketing programs by qualifying sales leads to generate new business.
Qualifies customer types, pricing levels and competitive source information.

Qualification Requirements:
Bi-lingual English. Bachelors degree required (or equivalent experience in a similar field) . Two to three years experience selling into China required. Electronics experience preferred.
