Report to: Plant Manager
Responsibilities:
w Supervising the engineering and maintenance team (1st level)
w In charge of the utilization of the production equipment on site
w Managing the operation of all on site utilities (all energy and waste treatment)
w Responsible for the realization of all technical investment projects.
w Conducting preventive and predictive maintenance activities with efficient root cause analysis and initiatives of improvement/countermeasures
w Facility management
w Editing the engineering and maintenance budget including controlling
w Communication and coordination with the TEPM group in HQ
w Coordination and responsibility of internal and external investment projects and process improvement projects
w People management on group & individual performance
w Leading the technical organization with a clear focus on Lean Manufacturing
w Defining KPI and CIP projects
w Setting targets for his organization
w Handling of all technical purchasing request
w Fixed assets and spare parts administration of the engineering and maintenance department by Lean TPM process
w Energy consumption control
w Outlines program for continuous improvement program in his area of responsibility
w Guiding his team to follow up EHS standards
w Identifying potentials and coordinates training and educational programs for his co-workers
w Supporting the knowledge management
Requirements:
w University bachelor degree in engineering;
w Strong on spectrum engineering discipline including mechanical, electrical, chemical, utility equipment and process control;
w Minimum 8 years of solid experiences in working on maintenance and engineering;
w Cooperation and interaction experiences with international HQ is preferred
w Strong leadership with managing skills
w Team player with good communication skills & coaching skills
w Capability to drive teams to higher performances
w Fluent English
w Knowledge of maintenance methodology on Lean/TPM is a plus.
w Competence in 6-Sigma and 5S tools is a plus
