Qualification

• Above 25 years old, bachelor degree in automobile engineering or engine disciplines
• Minimum 3 years experience of project development in automotive industry
• Application of APQP and internal-combustion engine working principle is essential
• Proficiency in reading and understanding engineering drawings
• Test techniques including measurement of mechanical vibration and instrumentation is a plus
• Fluent oral and written English communication
• Team spirit and devotion to work
• Business trip is necessary

Responsibilities

• Develop most optimized system and component based on system analysis & measurements
• Responsible for the system DVP&R and work to validate system and component designs.
• Review performance and durability test results and correlate to the system analysis
• Project management based on APQP to minimize any project risks
