1. Ensure all electrical equipment in plant run smoothly and safely

2. Workout maintenance plan for electrical equipment

3. Design equipment work instruction and keep regular auditing on running status

4. Provide technical support on equipment trouble shooting and implement preventive maintenance

5. Keep regular statistic analysis on failure of electrical equipment

6. Manage electrical spare parts to keep them in fine status

7. Provide electrical training to relevant people

8. Participate in process continuous improvement activity

9. Participate in electrical equipment selection, installation and trail run for new projects

JR：

1. Bachelor degree or above major in electrical related field

2. More than 5 years experience in electric design and on-site debugging in automatization industry

3. Familiar with SIMENS S7/S5, OMRON, Mitsubishi PLC programming and debugging

4. Communicate technical problems in English both in writing and speaking
