Responsibilities:
1. Analyzes, plans, initiates, and implements all applicable Materials-related efforts to ensure on-time delivery and RFMD billings objectives are achieved. Daily call off packing material based on the production inventory and daily planned consumable volume, and monitor the actual inventory
2. Proactively identifies bottlenecks or areas that would delay material movement, delay production, and/or result in significant detrimental financial impact. Takes actions to prevent delays and negative financial impact and involves other departments and management as necessary to resolve issues
3. Keeps up to date on materials and systems used by the company, and more broadly within the entire industry in order to identify trends and best practices that will allow the company to operate more efficiently
4. Execute S&OP decisions and analyze the supply chain impacts. Closely work with internal/ external parties to resolve S&OP issues
5. Understand and abide by the contents of ISO9000 and ISO14001, and also comply with them in own working field consciously
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Logistics, management or related major
2. 1-2 years working experience in supply chain area, electronic or semiconductor manufactory background preferred. Excellent fresh university graduate is acceptable
3. Good command of English, good communication skills both in English and Chinese,CET-6 preferred
4. SAP system knowledge is a plus
