Description:
Leading PM team, responsible for managing complex projects and meet project goal of TTM, Quality and Cost
Driving overall product realization aspects of a project from concept to mass production
Forming and leading core team with multiple sites and functions effectively to achieve project objectives
Ability to report and present project status to management periodically and/or per request
Contributing in product realization process definition and continuous improvement
Qualification:
Bachelor degree and above in engineering discipline or equivalent experience
Minimum 10 years working experience with 6 years in project management expertise including full scope schedule, resource planning and management
Effectively manages multiple projects simultaneously across business. Design service of mobile phone/ telecom/ consumer electronics is preferable, experience in supply chain and/or manufacturing process is plus.
Demonstrated high performance orientation, detail orientation, advanced technical and business knowledge
Demonstrated strong leadership and coordination ability on project and team
Ability to deal with ambiguity and conflict in managing project and team
Excellent communication skill in English and Mandarin
