新相微电子（上海）有限公司是由业内具备多年工作经验的核心团队于2004年创建，目前联想投资为公司最大的机构投资商，公司位于上海漕河泾高科技产业园区内。新相微电子公司主要致力于提供领先的TFT LCD驱动芯片及相关消费电子产品。
    公司目前员工都具备多年的行业工作经验，在电路设计、产品生产、市场与销售等方面都具有多年的工作基础，并积累了众多的IP和专利。

    公司总部立足上海，在美国硅谷设立了研发中心，同时在台湾建有办事处。公司目前在国内建立了从硅片生产到封装、测试的完整产业链，在立足自主开发以及多年产品量产经验的基础上，未来公司研发产品将主要涉及TFT-LCD小Panel、大Panel以及相关消费电子产品三个领域。公司产品已经从目前的0.35um、0.18um工艺发展到0.13um，在工艺发展的同时，产品将向更高集成度的整合SOC产品发展。产品应用领域将涉及到监视器、笔记本电脑、手机、照相机以及相关的多种便携式设备。

XINXIANG Microelectronics(shanghai)Co.,Ltd.was established in 2004 by the core team that has many years' experience of the industry.It locates in the high-technology industry distort in caohejing Shanghai,with lenovo as the biggest investor.The company mainly commits itself to provide advanced TFT LCD chip and other related eletronic products.

All the employees here have years of work experience of the industry as well as work base on circuit design,market and sales ect.it also accumulates many IP and patents.
